Following the launch, delivery is on-demand and you can take the course at your own pace.
At least one live Q&A session will be held where you can ask your burning questions - the date will be announced well in advance. In addition you will have access to the exclusive Agile PMO community which is a learn and share support network.
The training approach suits a variety of learning styles and attention spans. It includes short videos, hands-on exercises, worksheets, articles and more.
A certificate of attendance will be issued following completion of the course.
There are 7 modules in the course. Each module is made up of short pre-recorded videos, quizzes, pdfs, worksheets etc. You consume the material on demand, at your own pace and do not have to go through it all in one seating. Some modules are longer than others but on average each one will take an average of 1.5 hours. We would advice that you factor in something like 10-15 hours in total depending on your personal speed.
